Green Chinese dress
Bought this dress as a wedding outfit for a friend's wedding who had a 1920's Shanghai theme. Wasn't really sure what that meant but knew I needed to go with a Chinese style dress. I chose the green colour as I knew that the bride would be wearing red & the blue was a little too bright for me. I used the customer service function & communicated with Chris (several emails back & forth). I received lots of useful information & although I did not pay for the express shipping as I did not need the product immediately, I received the item within a week (in London, UK). The dress fit me perfectly (I am 5' 3"), very small chest & hips, approx 28" waist (normally wear a UK size 8). I was thrilled with the quick delivery, the customer service & the quality of the print on the dress. The material is not overly thick so don't expect to be kept very warm. Although the material is not thick, it is not see-through at all & when there is a breeze, the material has nice movement. The dress is great value for money in my opinion. Plus I got several compliments on it during the wedding. The side splits are very high - when stood, it's fine however, when seated, I was conscious that I was revealing too much thigh! I have washed the item in the washing machine along with my normal laundry & the item has washed fine. I have purchased from this website before & received excellent customer service then too. I would definitely recommend this dress in green & this website for your Chinese outfit needs!
